The Pantheon in Rome is a 2,000-year-old concrete dome. Still standing. Still unreinforced. Still the template for everything that came after. We named this collection after it — not because we’re architects, but because #10 Duck is the same kind of idea. A middleweight that holds its shape, handles a few washes, and keeps its color. Built to be the standard. Not the flashiest thing on the rack. Just the one you keep coming back to.

You know #10 from the Number Duck page. The middleweight everyone counts on. Here it is, dyed and finished. Plied yarns in both directions. About 14.5 oz per square yard.Reactive dyed for color that doesn’t run when you wash it (White is our undyed, bleached shade). REACH, CPSIA, Oeko-Tex compliant. The kind of fabric you build a product line around.

The Romans built the Pantheon to last. We didn’t aim quite that high. But if your tote bag, messenger bag, or pouch is still holding up a decade from now, we’ll take it.

Why Choose Pantheon

Pantheon runs on reactive dye, not direct dye, and that choice matters most after the first few washes. Reactive dyeing locks color into the fiber itself rather than coating the surface, so the shade holds up wash after wash instead of fading out. It ships in ~50-yard rolls. Every roll goes through computer color matching before it’s approved for packing, so the shade you ordered is the shade that shows up at your dock, roll after roll.

Looking for a shade outside this line? Larger volume orders can go through Bulk Dyeing; for smaller pilot runs, our Small Batch Dyeing program is the better fit.
