Twills, Sateens, Drills & Denims

Fabrics with fancy weaves and specialized constructions for other industrial applications.

Twills, Sateens, Drills & Denims

Some fabrics are plain. These are diagonal. Twills, sateens, drills, and denims — all woven with a diagonal pattern that makes them stronger than a plain weave. If you've ever worn khakis, you've worn twill.

These are the workhorses of the industrial fabric world. Bookbinding. Tablecloths. Slipcovers. Aprons. Filtration. Tote bags. Bull denim bags. Uniforms. Parasail cloth. They show up in places that need strength without the weight of a Number Duck.

We don't stock every style. We carry some. The others we can get. The list below covers what we typically work with. If your spec calls for something not here, we'll find it.

Fabric Construction Thread Count Weight

These fabrics don't get the attention that Number Ducks do. They don't need it. They just show up, do the job, and don't complain. If you're not sure which weave you need, call us. We'll talk it through. No khaki jokes. We promise.
