Passaic, NJ and Marion, NC are our spots. Plus we stash stuff at partner locations in Butler, GA, Charleston, SC, and Coshocton, OH.
Normal business shipping is 48 hours. But if the warehouse guy on the forklift is in a good mood, same day.
Custom dye or coating? Different story. We'll tell you exactly when — usually 10-14 business days. No padding, no guessing.
Funny story. Pick any fabric, say 10 oz cotton duck. We used to bring these in jumbo rolls — 500 yards. Customers cursed us because it was too big. So we went from 500 to 300 to 100 to 50s to 25s. Then we stopped carrying 500s. Now guess what they ask for? The 500s.
And when we were thinking to restock the 500s, they ask for 22.3 yards. Or 15.7.
We stopped pulling our hair out. Nothing left to pull.
You can't win. Customers aren't always right. They're just customers. So we quit each day and come back the next morning to try again.
Here's the real answer. Smallest we usually carry is 25 or 50 yards. But there are some odd size rolls in stock. Just because we have a 10 yard roll somewhere doesn't mean we can find it without turning the whole stack upside down. The warehouse guy on the forklift? He's usually grumpy and we can't make him grumpier.
So buy the smallest roll we can find on top of the stack. We keep our backs happy. Fair?
Need less for a prototype? Call us. Just don't expect it to be fast.
Yes. But let's be clear about what you're getting.
If you need a swatch — a few inches to feel the fabric, see the color, poke at it — we'll drop it in an envelope. Free. No sales pitch. But we may contact you to make sure USPS did its job worth the postage stamp.
If you need a few yards to actually test — run it through your machine, beat it up, see if it fails — then buy the smallest roll we can find on top of the stack. The only thing we give for free is advice. So no free yards. But credit toward your first real order? Yes. Ask us how.
We love that you're testing. Really. But 10 free yards is a roll, not a sample. And our controller already doesn't sleep well.
Yes. But call first.
Why? Because our fabric is spread across two warehouses and a few partner locations. Just because we have it doesn't mean it's at the spot closest to your driveway.
Call us. Tell us what you need and where you want to grab it. We'll tell you if that's possible or if you're driving to the wrong state.
And please — don't show up in 10 minutes after placing your order. The warehouse guy hasn't even seen the ticket yet.
If you do come by? Bring coffee. He's grumpy enough.
No. And here's why.
USPS delivers our mail to all our neighbors. Just not us. We get their bills. They get our checks. That's not the barter system we signed up for.
Once, someone hijacked a customer's check — the one USPS was supposed to deliver to us. Deposited it right into his own account. The time and headache for our customer to call her bank and fix it? Not worth it.
We have a copy somewhere with the names blacked out. Ask us if you want to see it.
So no more checks. Zelle or ACH only. Ask us for details. Your payment will actually reach us. What a concept.
No. The only thing free here is advice.
One B2B price. That's it. The fabric costs what it costs. Shipping costs what it costs. No hiding, no games.
Weight, distance, and the dimensions of the rolls. UPS has a funny way of surprising you with additional charges.
We don't have a flat rate. Anyone who gives you one is living under a rock or hasn't been to the gas pump recently.
Here's what we do. You tell us what you need and where it's going. We check a few options — LTL, UPS, whatever makes sense. Then we tell you the prices. You pick. We work with the best freight forwarders and get huge discounted pricing. We just want the fabric to leave the warehouse.
Is UPS cheaper? Sometimes. Sometimes an LTL truck is half the price if you're not in a hurry. We'll tell you the numbers.
Still have a question? Call us. The person who answers can say yes.
Don't see what you're looking for? Call us. We probably know the answer. If we don't, we'll find it. We've learned to figure things out. It's kind of our thing.
